I am a big fan of Inkscape in part because it is free. But don’t give up hope! There is a way to have all the fonts you want in your TinkerCAD project, but it takes a little extra work and involves the free drawing and illustration program, Inkscape. If you are going for a particular look, you are stuck. What’s more, those three fonts are built into TinkerCAD and don’t match anything. There are three fonts in TinkerCAD currently, and that’s it. One of the things TinkerCAD doesn’t do is fonts. Anyway, TinkerCAD does a lot of great things, but it doesn’t do everything, not even close. The fact that it is web based is even more amazing, and it is truly portable across many systems. But what is more relevant is that I followed all these steps (no cheating) to get the results you see below. It is safe to say I have doing this kind of work for decades. My earliest professional positions were developing graphic and publishing software. I humbly had a job laser printing direct mail (aka Junk Mail) between my High School graduation and starting at University. But a better answer is that started working with fonts on a laser printer the size of a small SUV in the fall of 1981. What do I know about Fonts? Inkscape? TinkerCAD? Enough to be dangerous.
